Period Ribbed Door Knob small. A solid brass door knob in an aged unlaquered brass finish. This has a lovely ribbed design around the knob and back plate, and the finish being unlaquered gives a real natural aged look. Supplied with a threaded spindle, the knobs wind onto the spindle to give a nice solid fit, and then are secured by a grub screw.

These are a 2 peice knob and the back plate can be removed, which makes them suitable to fit onto rim locks as well as standard door latches and locks.

These knobs are heavy and unsprung so we recommend using good quality locks and latches such as our gf9000 latches to ensure the knob returns after turned.
