We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of receipt of order. We hold large levels of stock of many products, but we have occasions when we are waiting for goods to come in from suppliers and this may take a day or so for these to be ready for despatch. If we are out of stock of an item and we think we may not be able to deliver your order within the 4 working days we will contact you to inform you of this and offer the choice of waitng for the goods or cancelling your order for a full refund.
At Grove Fittings we want you happy with the products you purchase from us, so if for any reason you are not satisfied with the items you have purchased from us you can return them for exchange or refund.(excludes special order products)
If you wish to exchange a product please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we can work out the best way to exchange your goods for you, goods must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
If you wish to return goods for a refund you will need to contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number, the item you wish to return and reason for return. You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order, we will then issue a returns authorisation code which must be included along with your returned item and order number. The goods must be returned to us within 28 days from reciept of delivery.
Returned goods must be sent back to us as new in their original packging undamged, the item must be unused and not have been fitted and must include all fixings and instructions, failiure to do this will result in no refund being issued. When we receive returned goods they will be subject to inspection and once approved you will be refunded within 14 days. Unfortunatly we cannot refund any carriage costs.
The return of goods is your responsibility and we recommend you use a royal mail or similar courier that requires a signature and provides cover for the cost of goods in transit as the goods are your responsibilty until we have received them. Sorry but we cannot refund your return postage costs.
Sorry but no returns, exchanges or refunds can be offered on special order products.
